07/01/17 - Beautiful, newly renovated condo!! The finishes are amazing and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor deck over-looking the ocean. The weather is perfect for sleeping with doors and windows open and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Very relaxing! The condo is in a great central location that is convenient for travel to San Diego or L.A. All that we needed to purchase for our stay was food, all other necessities were provided. The amenities in the complex are amazing as well. There is a pool, spa, rec room, coi pond and the complex has a great family-friendly atmosphere. Shawn M. & Family, Dallas, TX

06/03/17 - Great Condo on the Ocean, Perfect Family Set Up. The 2 story, 2 balcony condo is set up perfectly for a family! We went with our 2 girls (9 & 12). They had the main floor spacious bedroom/bathroom suite with a door that closes into that area. They reminded us that was their space. That gave my husband and I the rest of the condo to enjoy quietly when we all were there together and needed to relax after being out exploring. The upstairs bedroom suite is huge, bright and sunny and off the roof top deck. Ocean views from all windows. Huge roof top deck and table for eating and hanging out. Walk to the beach, no crossing a busy road at all, rinse off all the sand at the resort shower before we hit the heated pool or hot tub then return to the condo. They had all the beach accessories needed for the kids and chairs as well as umbrella and cart. The location is perfect, close to the Pier and on the other side was Oceanside Harbor where we found a great coffee place and Italian restaurant "Dominics on the harbor". We were on the beach a lot and walking to these places was pleasant so we didn't have to drive all the time. We did day trips to San Diego, Coronado, San Diego Zoo Safari, La Jolla, Carlsbad so again the location is good. Our girls liked the beach by our condo the best, the waves were better for them to boogie board and for shelling. Working with Terri and Jim was such a pleasure, they take pride in their property and it shows. They responded immediately and made us feel confident we were going to love their condo and have a wonderful time there. I would and have recommended this condo to friends, you won't be disappointed. Located in a tropical quiet atmosphere directly on the beach and Ocean.
A Complete Renovation was done by us this Year, 2017. We renovated the Kitchen (from back-splash to appliances to quartz counter tops), Guest bathroom (gutted top to bottom), Living room (from custom mount tv cabinet to carpet and furniture), Master bedroom (from wood floors to custom shades), Master bathroom (tub is out, walk-in shower is in). Paint throughout, tile work throughout, we didn't miss a thing. We love our vacation home and think you will too.

CANCELLATION POLICY:The time factor is critical in re-booking a vacation rental, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market. If you cancel for any reason after you have receive your Confirmation, and more than 60 days prior your check-in date, your security deposit will be refunded. If you cancel for any reason with less than *60 days left before your arrival date, and we are unsuccessful in re-renting the same period, full payment will be forfeited and your security deposit refunded. For Security Deposits; If we do re-rent the same period with less than *60 days left before your arrival date, your security deposit will be forfeited. For Rent Paid; If we re-rent the same period with less than *60 days before your cancelled arrival date, the full rent paid will be returned Less Any Costs Discounting the Rate in order to re-rent (Maximum 50%). The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. We cannot offer refunds for inclement weather or early departures.

01/09/17 - 'Last year we had our first family vacation to San Diego and had a one room hotel room as our accommodations. Though we loved San Diego, we hated our lodging. It was cramped and we were all too much in each other's space. This year we rented Terri's condo in Oceanside and could not have been happier with our choice. With two levels, two large decks, two bedroom areas and a nice sized family room, we all had enough space to enjoy each other's company without tripping over each other. The condo is situated easily between L.A. and San Diego and we took advantage of both cities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The views and sounds from the condo were amazing. We loved taking a short stroll to the beach and we made use of the provided boogie boards, towels, cooler, and beach chairs. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip made all the better because of the Murray's condo. Thank you!' Nicole, Scott, & Family, CO

12/15/16 - ‘Dream vacation' My husband and I so enjoyed the condo we plan on making it a yearly event. The condo itself was quiet, inviting and, had amazing views from the two decks. I especially loved the gas fireplace in the evening while having dinner or visiting with family. The sheets are smooth and crisp and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need for casual cooking or baking. The grounds were fabulous and as my granddaughter Izzy said, 'Very tropical'. We relished in the Olympic size pool. The pool area has two gigantic bbq's to use, which we did quite a few times. Finally, we had great times in Oceanside, going to the marina, walking the pier and going to the surf museum.
